Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 19, 2026 • User Agreement Suite
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the web generators hosted on Tweetible ("Service"), you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any structural part of this agreement, you are prohibited from using our post styling systems.
This agreement constitutes a binding digital contract between you (the user) and the managing entity of Tweetible.
2. Permitted Usage & Restrictions
Tweetible grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our front-end interfaces to generate screenshot models for individual or commercial content campaigns on X (Twitter). However, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or malicious scripts to extract structural assets or source styling elements from our application framework.
- Use the snapshot utility engine to generate misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or highly malicious deep-fake text representations of public figures.
- Attempt to bypass domain security setups or flood the network nodes via heavy computational request patterns (DDoS).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The code structures, custom UI/UX responsive elements, logo identifiers, layout style modifications, and design code sheets are the absolute property of Tweetible and our development team.
Your Content Ownership: The custom text drafts, account titles, and metrics you type into the inputs remain entirely yours. Tweetible lays no ownership claims over the unique text narratives you visually compose through our layout models.
4. Service Availability & Limitations
We provide Tweetible as an evolutionary web application "as is" and "as available." We reserve the sole authority to update framework layouts, scale down specific styling properties, or pause backend operations at any specific baseline without rendering prior alert notes.
We do not guarantee that the tool will remain entirely error-free or uninterrupted across all individual browser render versions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum limit permitted under active web governance laws, Tweetible and its engineering team shall not be held liable for any secondary, accidental, or network-driven revenue damages, organic account suspensions on X, or algorithmic metrics loss resulting directly or indirectly from your implementation of our generated design snapshots.
6. Structural Changes to Terms
We hold the absolute authority to adjust or replace these explicit terms at any time. If an edit carries highly critical procedural weight, we will change the "Last Updated" stamp on this active deck.
Your continuous access to our live generators following an amendment baseline proves your compliance with the freshly optimized platform conditions. For legal queries, drop notes over to tweetible@gmail.com.
